Sagemcom-FAST5364 power button sticking and randomly turning off

Hi

 

We've had the Sagemcom-FAST5364 router for quite a while.  We've noticed recently that the power button isn't working properly anymore - it takes a lot of tries and *just the right* angle to turn it back on when it's been switched off.  And as well as that, we've noticed it now just randomly turns off (not reboots - just switches off) for no reason.  We can only presume it's again the power button.

 

Does anyone have advice for us please?

If everything is working ok then please can you return the old router using the pre paid returns bag within the next week.

It seems to be working well so far. I can tell the difference with the power button. 

How long do you suggest we leave it for fuller testing before we send the old one back?
