Today my internet performance is really poor, despite Speedtest showing a good connection (140Mbps/30Mbps).
Websites are talking a long time to fully load, and youtube is buffering constantly.
I have a fault open (ref REP-14245430) but it has been open since 8:29am with no update - despite the status saying "We’re looking into it and should have an update in the next 5 minutes."
Eero has been rebooted.

Hi adam,
I'm sorry to hear this. I've run a test now which is clear. Can I just confirm, have you also tried powering down the ONT too? Is it slow on all devices please?
