The speed to my router has dropped from approx 57 mbps to 40 mbps nothing has changed in the set up, Hence not getting the download speeds that i am paying for. I had the router replaced about 1 year ago which worked fine, I am on Fibre 65 any advice would be appreciated.
Thanks

My main socket does not have a test socket. But having done an online physical test from your end nothing fault was found but miraculously my speeds have increased back to normal Download 53mbps upload 11mbps.
Thanks

Good morning,
Does your main socket have a test socket please? If it does then can you connect the microfilter, router and phone if you use one, to the test socket so we can re-check your connection stats again please?
Thanks

Guaranteed speed to router is 41mbps but only getting 40mbps

If you run the speed check in My Connection, the results should also show the minimum guaranteed speed for your particular line, @Taffy57. Helpful if you can run the check there.

Turned off equipment as suggested for 30 mins. Did a speed check and remains the same, speed to router is 40mbps and download speed is 38 to 39 mbps

Hi
Try powering off all equipment for 30 minutes to reset the session and retest the speeds.
Thanks
Karl.
