Sudden Disconnections Again

Hello

 

It appears the issue I raised in my previous post is starting to occur again with multiple disconnections and reconnections within the past hour. A few happed the previous night too, so it is following the same pattern of deterioration over time.

OK thanks. Could you monitor it for the next few days and if the disconnections continue we can look into it further

It has been fairly stable. I had a brief disconnection at 01:22 today.

Hi Colin,

 

Line test is showing a lot of reconnections yesterday but nothing so far today. Does your connection appear to be stable now or are you still experiencing problems?
