Support ticket not showing as complete

We had line fault on 24/9 and it was resolved the same day late in the evening, which was very good.

 

We let support know via the chat that it was all working but the ticket is shown as open and we're getting lots of messages saying you need to contact us. Why? The ticket is closed. We can't do line tests until you close it. Can someone help?

Hi Jamiejvb,

 

Unfortunately I can't manually close the ticket but it should auto close over the next few days. I've put a note on the ticket saying that you've confirmed that the issue is now resolved

No text. Just emails asking to contact us. On Myaccount still shows as open despite using chat to say this was fixed.  Looks like a line error at the exchange. All working, I'm using the connection now.
