Is anyone having difficulty getting through to this diabolical company. The phone lines are constantly busy, the chat is a waste of space. I have had no connection via Ethernet for tv connection for a week. I have spent a fortune in calls. Thoroughly sick of it. Well when they don’t get their money I am sure they will contact me pronto. Complained ++ makes no odds. Anyone else feel the same?

I'm really sorry to hear this. Is it just the TV connection which is affected? Do other devices connect ok? Which router are you using please? (make and model)

Calls to TalkTalk help numbers are free from a TalkTalk landline, or otherwiswe inclusive in most mobile phone plans.
Is it just the ethernet connected TV that is not working, is everything else OK?

If you want help @P*****d this can be done via this community. How is your Ethernet connection delivered to your TV? Is it a direct single Ethernet cable, or is it delivered via power line adapters?
What make model of router & if appropriate power line adapters do you have?
If PLAs, what lights are on them?
