I received a mailing in the post advertising Fibre, TV and Amazon Prime for £25.50 per month, but can't find any way to sign up for it. Is it a scam?

No, it's not a scam.


it's available to new customers and existing customers UPGRADING to fibre. If you are an existing fibre customer you cannot take advantage of the offer.

if you are an existing customer  and wish to upgrade it ma be worth contacting the loyalty team.


0345 172 0046 is currently working. Say "Loyalty Team" or "leaving TalkTalk" or "cancel TalkTalk" when prompted and you should get through to someone to talk to.
You may though have to listen to a few lengthy recorded messages, but if you persevere you should get through to someone.

They are currently working Monday - Friday 9am-7pm, and some Saturdays going forward.
