Wired connection cat8 Ethernet cable 8pm nightly no speed test at that time as if it is being throttled? Sorry for first response with lack of information

Depending on the root cause of the problem, moving to a new ISP may not necessarily fix it.

 

If you give a few more details, people may be able to offer help and advice.

For example, you say it is "buffering", so do you think it is a speed issue? have you done speed tests? does it only happen at/around specific times? Are wired connections affected or just WiFi? etc.

Keeps buffering on Netflix and itvx at 8 at night done soft reset and such like so think my options are limited
