I signed up on Friday was told I would be getting eeros router but it ailys no items to track I hope something is going to be sorted had no WiFi on back security cameras for 2 weeks need this sorted I’m not getting total home WiFi at all

I haven’t received the eero router that I was told I was getting and mesh WiFi  why?

Said 31/01/25 I was told would get a new router for mesh WiFi and I have upgraded to total home WiFi but not heard anything else I have a part of my house that I can’t connect at all
