Hi TalkTalk,
Since before Christmas I have been experiencing slow internet connection speeds (upload and download) and have noticed that there is a solid white light on the front of my TalkTalk router. Nothing has changed in the home and as far as i'm aware on the network. I have tried resetting the router but it hasn't worked. I have also run several line tests some of which have hightlighted issues (maybe related to recent storms) but the latest say that all services are okay. Can you help?
I should add that I have the TalkTalk Fibre 35 plan
