We can no longer use WIFI calling, up to a month ago my wife and I both used it regularly without a problem, neither of us have changed our phones and they both still work on other peoples WIFI's.
Our home WIFI is a Sagemcom-FAST5364 and apart from the issue with WIFI calling, the router is working fine.
My wifes phone is a Samsung S7 on the O2 network and mine is a Galaxy A52s on the EE network, as they have for the last couple of years.

Thanks Michelle, wifi calling now working on both mobiles.
Yesterday, 3 different talk talk advisers had me resetting my modem, taking my phone apart, standing on one leg etc.
Please have a word with them. 😄😄😄

There has been an issue with certain Sagemcom routers running firmware versions ending 202. If that applies to you, please make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that the support team can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
