FIBRE65 has 65mbps at the top end of the service, @terrythetucker, but averages can be quite a bit lower and actual speeds are specific to your particular line.
But those speeds, both down and up sound more likely for Fibre35.
So complete your community forum profile details and staff will be able to run a check on the line.
You'll need to be at home during the day for them to run tests.
Check what your contract says (it would have come by email when you joined / renewed) and running a test from the My Connection function in Service Status Dashboard should also indicate whether or not this is poor for your line.
