How do I whitelist certain websites that the TalkTalk connection is blocking. It is preventing me from reach the website via Wi-Fi both using laptop and Smartphone. When I switch to smartphone data, i can reach the website no problems. Switch back to Wi-Fi connection and it stops it. Spam and Virus protection are off.

Customer online service is useless. I recall during Covid-19 period there was a setting you could go to whitelist websites that were being blocked.

Are you using the Wifi Hub? There is a section in the below help guide on how to block or allow websites.
