Wifi optimisation

My wifi is being is being effected by neighbours equipment on channel 1 . It’s fine on channel 11 . Can you disable the optimisation please .

Thanks for your reply. I'm glad to hear that the connection has remained stable.

 

The WIFI optimisation should remain switched off unless the router is factory reset (pin hole reset)

Just an update , wifi has performed perfectly all week on channel 11 with no interference.

I’ve  got one question , if the router is powered off for any reason willlthe optimisation remain disabled ?

Hi Debbie , it’s been switched to channel 11 now for about 4 hours with no problems .
