Wireless Optimisation turn off!

Hi, can you please turn off the wireless optimisation on my Fast5364 router again?

An agent reset it to factory settings, yesterday, and now the 2,4g channel is resetting to channel 1, when I need it on channel 7 to avoid other signals in and around our house.

Sorry for the late reply!! Everything is back to normal, thank you!

Hopefully the ongoing works on our lines will be finished soon and the connection speed and stability settle.
