I got this email today stating Your Amazon Tech Pack code is ready.
because i took out an upgrade and extended my contract, but the place where the code should be is blank.
How/Who do i contact to get a code for the product.

I still have not heard anything about this problem yet although it has been escalated. Could some please check on this for me and give me an update on where we are at.

Part of the issue has been resolved and most of the codes have been correctly issued.
This is not a scam, it was fault with the codes which should be resolved soon.
