Hi.

I got this email today stating Your Amazon Tech Pack code is ready.

because i took out an upgrade and extended my contract, but the place where the code should be is blank.

 

How/Who do i contact to get a code for the product.

Same here Darren..i was chatting with someone on live chat yesterday,and they have said i will receive phone call or email from talktalk about any updates till end of this week.

Hi,me too still nothing.Its been a full week now since i have received that email,where supposed to be code,but was blank two lines lol…so nobody cares here,they dont do anything…

The last email I received was on the 28th may saying due to a technical issue the email we sent you didn't contain your redemption code.

Part of the issue has been resolved and most of the codes have been correctly issued.

 

This is not a scam, it was fault with the codes which should be resolved soon.
