could someone tell me if i'm in my rights to cancel my fiber with talktalk. absolutely ridiculous having to use my mobile data to get online. wifi intermittent constantly & when you phone chat on for 40 minutes every time,

Early Termination fees are only waived if you have given Talktalk sufficient time to diagnose and check all possible causes, over many weeks, @vert16.

 

They don't apply when out of contract, but even if you leave, you may take the problems with you if the cause is the Openreach line.

 

You also need to establish whether the issue is caused between the faceplate and anywhere in your house.

Are you having a problem with your service ?

 

You mention Wi-Fi, do you have devices connected to the router via a cable ?

 

Do the lights on the router change or go off ?
