Your renewal was on the 28th Nov, If you  haven't received anything by the 29th Dec, let us know and we can chase this up.

Hi @Lilyboo a minimum of 30days from renewal .

From the 29th of March our TalkTalk Community will move to peer-to-peer support and the TalkTalk team will no longer be here to support with queries.
