It says go to eero app then settings. There are no settings on the app as far as I can see. Nothing to click onto

Settings is an icon on the bottom right hand corner of the app.

 

From left to right you should have 4 icons. Home, devices, activity and settings.

 

If you don't have these I suggest first restarting your phone, and if still not showing, uninstall the app and try reinstalling it.
