i had an email 16/10/23 welcoming me to my new fibre65 it is now 4 months on and i still dont have it.
I just get lies like we are working in the background or its on the table whatever that means, the latest lie arrived today working in the background, when as you can see they are doing nothing.
Going to take it to the communications ombudsman, let them have the email see what they think.

Same problem here mate, these lot are cowboys. I’m going to raise a complaint with Ofcom and will likely be cancelling my contract with them, had enough of their constant lies.
