Hi @dencole01

If you want help, you cannot use someone else's thread.

To get help, you must start your own thread. To create your own thread, go to the main page for the board in question & click the "Start a topic" button.

TalkTalk insists on one thread per problem per customer. Please note, TalkTalk makes the rules, not me.

Thanks.

My router is also flashing orange. I've tried everything, reset, different cable, different router etc. still flashing. Contacted talktalk about it, after two and a half hours on txt chat, they said it was my socket at fault. They need to send an engineer out which would cost me £75. Why should I pay for their faulty equipment. Issue has not been resolved. Not happy.

Take it as it comes

Hi crazyhorse1

Broadband tests are clear, do you have access to another router for testing ?

Thanks

Karl.

I have asked one of TalkTalk's support to pick your thread up and investigate it for you.

They aim to respond within 48 hours (Monday - Friday) excluding Bank Holidays, but if more urgent you can always try the Service Centre on 0345 172 0088. The posts are responded to in time/date order, oldest first.
