second part of my problems with talktalk. a week ago i was due for full fibre 150 to be installed. engineer arrived. everything was ok. he went out to the street cabinet to do some stuff. he then phoned me to say i can`t get fibre because the street cabinet is to far from my home. ( flat ). after a bit of discussion, he left. talk talk phoned the next day to tell me that someone would be in touch within the next 1 - 4 hours. 1 week later i am still waiting. don`t know what, or if anything is happening. is talktalk advertising a service in my estate ( 54 flats ) that they can`t deliver ? they were the ones who sent me the letter telling me that fibre 150 is available. i believe a few others were also notified. so my question to talktalk is...what is going on ??? alex.
