Why does talktalk constantly remove my connection end of each month in the twilight hours despite receiving my payments for the month?

I'm sorry to hear this. Does this happen around midnight? Could you log into your My Account please and check the Home Safe settings to see if any of the Kidsafe or Homework time settings are selected please?
