used to happen occasionally , now it has been a pretty constant for the last 2 weeks
wifi just drops and seems to lock out and then may come back on ,on its own accord or need to reboot router
router is dsl-3782 with firmware v1.10t dec 14 2018-080102
tried all the usual proposed remedies ,connections ,leads , powering off etc but still no joy
farcical help on the live chat line ,they obviously just go through an automatic list of questions and arent allowed to think for themselves
unfortunately due to having a relative who lives with us who has a severe health issue ,we have to be incredibly cautious and cannot have engineers /even relatives visit due to the risk of infections etc
any help appreciated
