Hi

 

Staff on the phones / chat will only give a generalisation about sla, at present we have no eta for this issue, but work is ongoing and our engineers are working to restore services as fast as they can.  With an issue of this nature, I would be surprised if it lasted longer than 24 hrs.

Me too in M23 my husband is vulnerable with his heart monitoring  machine connected to wifi and I filled the relevant form said I would be passed to someone else and just got a message saying it could take till Friday !!!!

Hi. Mine is down too since about 1230.  Rebooted the openreach base unit and eero router but not working

Hi

 

Apologies. We have a network issue across the Northwest, affecting Manchester and surrounding areas.  I believe this was linked to a power failure, however services are starting to return slowly.  Our Teams are working on this currently and I'm just waiting for more information.
