CAN'T GET FULL FIBRE BUT NEIGHBOURS CAN

Hi guys just a quick question.

My friend can’t get full fibre to her property but her neighbours can. She checked on the openreach fibre checker site and it says her property is not yet available but the properties either side of her and the rest of the street is enabled. The telegraph pole is right outside her house and has a full fibre terminal installed. Her house is fed via the copper line from the pole. She is currently a Vodafone customer and they also say full fibre isn’t available. Could openreach have made some kind of error and not recognised her property in their database maybe? It does seem unusual. Thanks.

TalkTalk can't help non-customers, sorry, not sure why you have posted here to be honest. She can only go by the advice she has been given.
