We had an appointment with the engineer today but we have to reschedule it as we are currently in the hospital

If this was a Home Move, then they will need to get in touch with the Home move Team directly to re-arrange.

@Karl-TalkTalk, it looks like this was the home move appointment.
So not just a routine engineer appointment.
Does @SVITLANAVLADENOVA, need to rearrange with the home move team?

Hi
If the engineer appointment is for today, it would be to late to cancel as this would have been assigned to the local engineer already.
When you are able, if you can get in touch after today, and another engineer can be arranged.
