Chat Facility Not working

The online chat still seems to be down and I don't know how to contact about my fibre router.  I get this message in the chat window 

"Go back to the previous page or log in to continue your conversation."

I have tried on Safari on my phone and Chrome on my PC.  

Any suggestions?

Hello, all sorted now thanks. I've phoned the customer services - I need an engineer out to relocate my full fibre open reach box so I can gain better signal. Thank you 🙂
