OK. I’ll speak to City Fibre to see if I can get it removed because another supplier is going to put another box on the wall!

Apologies, we have spoken to our Products Team and they have said we can't arrange for this to be removed.
This can affect future installations if you or someone else orders a FTTP service.

Loyalty said about returning the router if they send a bag. The the city fibre box has been installed under false pretences as far as I’m concerned and I want it removed. Is there a number for city fibre? I could ask one of the guys in the vans I suppose.

Hi,
Just to add to this, you may be asked to return the router in a pre paid returns bag but we wouldn't remove the ONT from the property.
