Compensation from loss during service disruption

I was told I would be compensated from the lost of service when the Openreach technicians worked on our building on 06 September 2024 Friday, but until now I haven't heard from TalkTalk.

Normally, if there's just one day's outage (often with warning/notice that maintenance has to be done) we don't get compensation, @Eltorro.

 

You'll see in the link that Ferguson gave you that there's a certain number of full days before it qualifies.

Who told you? What occasioned the loss, when was it reported and how long did it take before it was restored? Compensation usually takes at least 30 days to be awarded:
