Full fibre was installed in late October and all seems to be working.
However after looking in my account, I see that my contract has been renewed for another 18 months, it was due to finish in June 2024 and now runs until April 2025. I was not informed it would be renewed and it was TalkTalk's idea to install full fibre not mine. Anyone else found this?

Hi @Brian65 looks like your previous contract was replaced with a new one, do you have any emails from Tt advising of this or the contrary? Your post has been escalated and you should hear tomorrow from the team who can help you.
