I got cut off last night, I had no notice of needing to renew. How do I get back online quickly please?

When it comes to running a line check they'll have to call in as they are on a full fibre package, whoever will be running the line check will also need them to be responsive as well. I've provided the number below should a line check be needed.

03451720074

Opening Hours:

VOICE - Mon-Fri: 9am-7pm; Sat: 9am-6pm; Sun: closed

@siphosethu-TT as @Gliwmaeden2 has said, i don't think the contract is the issue here as the customer has been cut off and needs their line checking.

Can you trace their account as they have not completed their profile and do the necessary check on the line or do you need to wait until they come back and complete this?

Hi there @Gliwmaeden2, if needed I can help as I know my way around recontracts. 😇

@siphosethu-TT,

Is it now the case that forum staff are authorised to set up new contracts or are you only able to suggest that Talktalk sends something in "offers and updates"?

It has not been the case for many years that the forum team could do this, so is this a change?

Or has @Haji11's connection simply developed a fault or been cut off by error?

Gliwmaeden2, a fellow customer.

TalkTalk do not cut people off at the end of a contract. The service continues but at the standard price.

If you've lost your service its probably due to a fault.

Is your phone working?

Have you tried turning your router off for 30 minutes to start a new session.

You are in the staff's queue for a response.
For a quicker reply can you please ensure you have your personal information up to date in your profile including your TalkTalk landline phone number so your account can be traced. Link here - https://community.talktalk.co.uk/t5/user/myprofilepage/tab/personal-profile:personal-info
If you are unsure of your phone number, you can find this in My Account or dial 17070 from your landline phone and this will confirm the number for you.
You can also add your account number in the private notes field, which only you and the support staff can view.
Please post back when done.
Thank you
