My router seem to be having issues since Friday, every few hours, it stops working, however the white light still shows on? i have had to turn off the power to get working again, even gone as fars as complete reset, but happened again, can you suggest a fix please, or send out a replcement router?

We now have an update on this - Update 8:40PM December 17th 2024 - Our team are in the process of applying a solution to all impacted Wi-Fi Hubs and aim to resolve this by tomorrow morning.

Hi Karl, seem to of been better, but has stopped couple of times, the strange thing is the Dns settings i had applied have now reverted.
Also the Hub interface seems to be very glitchy? e.g press a button and sometimes does nothing, and couple of time just returns to login screen?
Do You have any other suggestions, im currently WFH 3 days a week, so heavly rely on Internet for my daily job
Service with Talk talk, has been very good, but last week has really been a bit of a let down

Can you change the DNS Settings in your router to use Google DNS, and test this over the course of the day to see if this resolves the connectivity issue where the router light remains white.
Please report back if this does help as this will aid our investigation.
Change your router DNS settings to use Google DNS.
Please note ; If you currently use any Homesafe services such as Homework Time etc. This will not work whilst you have the DNS set to Google.
