Belatedly I went to try and set up the digital voice app so I could get incoming landline calls on my iPhone. But since October it's no longer available. I can download it but Talk Talk won't let me create an account / password.
Are there any suggestions for alternatives or how to get round this issue?
Then I seem to have no way forward. It is perverse that TT can offer this to some while denying it to others and there is no effective way of challenging and changing that strange situation.
This seems totally unfair. Had I registered earlier I would be able to use the app, as I'm sure many talk talk customers do. I pay for the same service as them but cannot now use the app and receive the same service. How can talk talk justify providing a service to some customers but not others? This is unacceptable.
