Hello
I have my new full fibre installed and I received a message to tell me how to connect the 'Digital Voice'. I haven't received this product, should I have done? I would like to get this if possible please.

I'll re-escalate that one, so staff will pick it up again. If you lose track of your threads, check the ACTIVITY tab in the profile area. When logged in, you should be able to see all replies on your thread, and if logged out, you can still see what you posted.

I am also still waiting on my digital voice adapter as I have the 150 full fibre with voice package on the eero 6 router, waiting since April.

did you request the voice service as part of your original order ?
If so, you would normally be issued with a digital voice adapter if you have the eero router, or The wi fi hub with the phone socket on the back, under the sticker.
