Hello,
I was advised I would receive a new hub, Eero 6 Pro, but this has never arrived?
Can anyone check here or do I have to call?

Have you managed to get this sorted with customer services? If you still want help from the support team here, please make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond when they are back online from Monday.
