I have fibre 150.. Swapped out existing router for eero 6 earlier & it said it couldn't reach the internet. Spoke via text with TalkTalk & they tried from their end, but they couldn't help & said the eero may be faulty & are sending me a new one. I didn't think that was probably the case, so I thought I'd do some research. From other threads on here, I can see there's sometimes a profile issue, so I'm thinking that may well be the problem here, so I'm hoping this can be looked into by TalkTalk.

Glad to hear it's working now, yes could you just return the second eero when it arrives (you won't be charged)
I've ordered a digital voice adapter, it should be with you within a couple of working days

Hi Chris.. Wow, all that faffing on Friday & that worked instantly, so huge thanks for that!!! 🙂 I assume the replacement eero has already been despatched, so I'll just need to return that, as I received an email saying there would be a one off charge of £89 on my account.
Also, my phone plugged into my old router.. Do I assume from reading other posts on here that I need an adapter to be sent to me & if so is that something that you are able to arrange please?
