Was on with talktalk last week because my full fibre 900 signal isn't reaching my office. They said they'd said they'd send out an extender but one week later nothing. Went on this morning and an agent told me because my supplier is City Fibre a wifi extender would be incompatible.
Currently waiting in a long queue to talk to another agent. I have an Eero 6 Pro. How would the supplier make any difference to adding an Eero extender?

I've since been on with a Vincent from Technical Support who said I'd get an extra eero to fix the wifi signal issue, but Jomar then said that wouldn't happen 'cause City Fibre provided the fibre and passed me back to Technical Support.
Getting a little annoyed by this now.
