I have received my new eero 6 and when I try connect it to the app it gives me an error.
It says something like the modem and eero is not connected correctly and I've tried everything to connect them correctly and it doesn't work.
Please help

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, does the connection work if you connect directly at the ONT with the eero removed?

Are you otherwise without internet? Do you have an old router that can tide you over in the meantime? The support team here won't pick this up until tomorrow at the earliest, you may do better to contact TalkTalk directly:
