My Eero app won’t get passed the log in stage, when I try to reconnect it can’t seem to find the eero device. I tried typing serial number in but says the device is already registered. Anyone an idea how I get into the app ?

I'm sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, is this the first time that you are using the eero app or are you just trying to add another device? Did you receive this eero from TalkTalk?

Hmm, it may have been registered to a previous user. If you would like the support team to look into this for you make sure that your personal details including TalkTalk phone number and/or account number are complete on your community profile (click here) so that they can link your forum identity with your account and then wait for them to respond.
