Is it possible to connect the eero to my router using spare telephone wall ports? That is, can I use a cable from the router to a telephone wall socket and then place the eero in another room and then connect it to another wall socket using another cable?

The eero needs to be connected directly, vai an Ethernet cable, to the Full Fibre ONT, not an existing router connected to a phone line.

Hi Keith and thank you. Is it possible I have connected my eero incorrectly? I’ve plugged it into the back of my router

The eero 6 or pro 6 is a router for full fibre & should connect directly to an ONT.
