Hello. First of all, I’m not a talktalk customer. Long story short. I have 2 eero devices and wanted to expand to cover small Wi-Fi dead spot in the house. Also wanted to save some money so I decided to buy a second hand eero. Little that I knew l, it was from talktalk so after I connected it to my existing system I was greeted by talktalk branding in my eero app. I removed the offending eero from the network but my eero app still says that my ISP is talktalk. How can I remove it? I tried to call but since I’m not a customer they weren’t interested in helping. Thank you.

@ferguson I’ve removed the network and re-added it. It worked perfectly. Thank you.

Thanks for getting back to me. I got it cheap so not caring about that. Just a bit annoyed at the fact that whatever the modification is, it transferred to my own eero. Will try to reset the app and hopefully that removes the branding from my own network.
