Hi

when we had our full fibre installed on our old system we had a cat 5 cable out to our garden office and a to link box to extend the Wi-Fi there. When eero router was installed the engineer told us we would need a splitter to connect to garden office which we have now got but it doesn’t work.
Any suggestions on how to help with extending the Wi-Fi please.

thank you

Also, @Cjayg05, please note that we (TalkTalk) do not supply splitters for our clients and should you be in need of one, I will strongly recommend for you to get one in your nearest local store.

You need a gigabit Ethernet switch for this. This is an example, not a recommendation, as I do not have one myself:-

However, other customers have said it is OK.
