Eero router speed doesn’t match WiFi?

Hi all 

this may be a very stupid question

moved to a new house and got upgraded to talktalk full fibre 900 via eero router

when I moved in I did a speed test via my phone and I was getting 800mbps speed

as you can see from the two below screenshots stupid question

im now getting way below that on wifi

the eero router speed test shows the speed I’m paying for

am i being stupid or am I missing something, why isn’t the wifi speed the same same speed as eero router? It’s like the wifi speed is capped to 300’ish
