An engineer appointment was arranged for the 21st August between 8:00am/1:00pm,
the appointment was confirmed by email [01/08] & telephone call [19/08] The appointment was not
filled, I've had no explanation or apology from either TalkTalk or City Fibre.
Could someone now please explain to me why the appointment was not filled.

I'm really sorry to hear this. Can I just confirm, was this engineer visit for an installation of a new service or for a fault please?

Thanks for your speedy response, The phone number no longer gets you through to the Full Fibre team , you are now sent
a What'sap link, which directs you to this community page, TalkTalk communications company beyond ironic.
I'll check out the compensation . To add insult to this, my neighbour directly opposite has just this morning had his work done.

When they don't show up, Talktalk should pay you via the automatic compensation scheme, @lewwat.
