Had email about 16th August saying I was getting sent a erro6 that might take between 3-5days to arrive. Its been about 8 or 9 days and still nothing. Any1 know what I can do

I've checked, and the agent does mention ordering an eero 6 however there is no order placed.

 

I've placed an order for you now, and this should be dispatched today.
