I've tried upgrading to full fibre online, but I always get an error at the end of the process. I've tried to find the live chat (it used to be a pop up when I logged in) to address this. Through my frustration, I'm really at the point of looking elsewhere now, as the lack of online access or contact is making my blood boil.
