Hi all,
The connection from outside of the house to the router has randomly stopped.
Eero saying that External IP Address not available. (red circle with exclamation mark inside).
Approaching five hours on phone and chat with team to which then told to avoid Eero completely and see if a laptop might work - it didn't.
Then told whilst hitting the 8 hour mark that someone had cancelled my contract for unbeknown reasons and would I like to upgrade the package!!
Thoughts and a
dvice appreciated.

Sorry that you are having problems.
Have you spoken to the Full fibre team it looks like it is cancelled.

@Mason23, I'll move your thread to the Full Fibre section of the forum, as you seem to have (had) FTTP.
