Finally Talk Talk website shows FTTP available in my area.
I can place order online, but £49 for Fibre - highest price on market at this moment. For example BT sell same package for £40.99
Tried to contact support via webchat (they usually offer better deals for old customers), but advisors can't offer FTTP because " not available at this moment".

Yes, yesterday Openreach engineer installed FTTP. Now testing new connection. Eero 6Pro itself shows 943Mbps/109Mbps speed, however devices at house mostly achieve something around 600 Mbps/100Mbps over WiFi.
Speed over LAN cable - slower than over WiFi.
Second eero 6 Pro device (wirelessly connected to main eero 6 Pro) achieve under 300 Mbps speeds.
Needs some more time to understand why my devices can't achieve 943 Mbps either wireless either wired.

FTTP in my street available since 2019.
Only BT started sell FTTP packages since 2019. From 2022 other ISP (Vodafone, Sky, EE) also started sell FTTP packages.
Only TalkTalk started to sell FTTP packages just from last week.
I'm can order Fibre 900 without any problems directly from TalkTalk website. Regular price £49 way higher than BT (£40.99).
TalkTalk loyalty team can offer better deal for old customers (from something £36 for Fibre 900 package). This is reason why I contacted live chat for better deal. Unfortunately TalkTalk staff see problems with FTTP connection, while from website there no problems to order FTTP.
