Looking for help. Our broadband has been cutting out for short periods repeatedly over the last week.
This would happen occasionally but has been really consistently bad the last 7 days. It first came to my attention during the Champions League final where we lost connection around 4 or 5 times. This happens on all connected devices at the same time - phones, tv, ps5. It has also caused many other problems this week while viewing live sport and playing online gaming.
Please help.

Can I just confirm, do you have a full fibre connection? Do you have an ONT?

Which make/model of Ta;lkTalk router are you using? When it goes down, what is happening to the light(s) on the front? If you have an Eero, you will probably have to interrogate it with their app.
